Registration: |
Accurate information is needed during registration to avoid erroneous item disposition regarding: Region, State, City, Zip Code designation, and confirmation of enrollment via email address submitted.
Once you have filled out the registration form and have been taken through the payment process, the Trade U That Administrator will email a confirmation of registration via the email address submitted.
The new member may continue to shop & search the General Category Lists after registration; however, he/she must first confirm their registration via the link sent to their email before they are able to upload any postings. |

Login: |
Log in to your "Account" by entering your user name and password selected during registration.
The user may change their password via the "My Account" tab of their account profile. If a user has lost or has forgotten their password, he/she may request the password be reset to a random temporary password and sent to their email address on file. After retrieving their new password, the user should enter their profile and change the password to something personal and private |

1. Preferences refer to the areas in which you would like to post your Text or Pic Posting Item. Additionally, a user may enter a different email address where Inquiring Individuals can forward questions and/or offers to Trade or Buy the users posted item. A selection of how many items the user would like to view during searches can also be chosen. And finally, how the user would like to be contacted by the Trade U That Administrator.
2. To edit their account, the user can go to the "Account" tab and press enter. The page will revert to original information submitted during registration. By depressing the "Update User Info" button at the bottom of the page, a user can change their information. Don't forget to press the "update" button once again when you have made your desired information.
3. Depending on level of membership, a user can add text or pics for posting via the "Add Item" tab. The system requires the user to fill out a template form detailing such things as: Item Category, Title of Posting, Description of Item, and Pricing. The template will process through additional information such as: payment and shipping options. This is also where Level 3 & 4 members will be able to select their "Trade Matrix" criteria. The "Trade Matrix" is a behind the scenes program that searches all postings per the users pre-selected criteria and notifies the respective user/posting user via email that the system has matched their desires with that of another user. For example: User 'A' in Arizona has a "Gorilla" listed in the "Animals" category - for Trade or Sale. User 'A' would like to Trade the Gorilla for a 1920' XK 120 Jaguar and has selected the "Everywhere" status for advertising their posting. User 'B' in New Hampshire has decided to give up all his worldly possessions for a companion. User 'B' places all these items in numerous posting on Trade U That.com, in particular, a 1920' XK 120 Jaguar. While submitting his desires using the "Trade Matrix", user 'B' has determined that the companion ought to be a Gorilla. During its period review of all postings, the "Trade Matrix" recognizes that User 'A' and User 'B' have something the other desires. The "Trade Matrix" notifies the respective users of the possible match via email. The users take action and negotiate a fair trade.
4. The "Internal Messaging" system can be utilized to receive messages from the Administrator and record each message sent to the user. In order to utilize the "Internal Messaging" system to contact other members, the user must local a posting from the particular user they would like to contact, click the "View this Item" at the bottom of the posting and fill out the "Send Message to Seller". Again, depending on the "Preferences" of your account, you will receive any response via your default settings.
5. By selecting the "Contact" tab in the users "Account" (or any page for that matter), the system will display an pre-addressed email for use in detailing any comments or concerns to Customer Service. The user may also utilize the "Message" center to contact the Trade U That Administrator.
6. As a continuous drive to better our site and services, a "Feedback" survey is attached to every page of the site. We encourage all Guests and User Members to submit all constructive questions, comments and/or concerns.
7. Logging out of the users account will take you back to the Home Page. |

Fees and Payments |
| The various Levels of Membership promoted by Trade U That offer a gradient level of tools available to its users. Should a member user have only the occasional item that he/she would like to Trade or Sell, they may be deemed a 'Basic' user. On the other hand, there are user members who may be considered an 'Uber' or 'Storefront Merchant' user, perhaps making a living reselling goods and/or services. As such, the fees vary accordingly: |

| Remits an automatically reoccurring payment of $14.99 USD on a quarterly basis (that is $4.99 per month). Five (5) free Pic Spaces are given to the user upon enrollment. Additional Pic Spaces may be purchased when their 'Pic Piggy Bank' has been depleted. |

Level #3 Uber User |
| Remits an automatic quarterly payment of $29.99 USD (that is $9.99 per month). With Level #3, the member user is given ten (10) Free Pic Spaces upon enrollment. Additional pics can be added to their Pic Piggy Bank once those have all been used; simply click the 'Pics' tab in your user 'Account' profile to purchase more. |

Level #4 Store or Merchant Use |
| Is considered the Merchant or Storefront User. For utilization of all services offered by Trade U That & the basic nature of this type of user postings, a remittance of $69.99 USD quarterly is required (that equates to a monthly fee of $23.33 per month). Generally, the Storefront user will have a large number of postings. As Such, and therefore, additional pics required for posting may be purchased at a discounted rate; this of coarse, is after they have exhausted the fifteen (15) free Pic Spaces given at the time of enrollment. |

Posting Terms |
As a goal to maintain a fluid selection of posted items, Trade U That has placed a thirty (30) Day term per posting as a general default.
Each User is encouraged to re-post their item at the end of term if they feel a Trade or Sale is eminent. Should they not have received many responses to their posting, a User may consider cancellation of that particular item until a later date. Or, perhaps, if the User was trying initially only to sell the posted item, and had received more offers to Trade, they may want to consider the trade. An upgrade to a Level#3 will allow a greater possibility of attaining your desires. After all, money wasn't always used to get what was needed. Contact the Trade U That Administrator should the latter be the case.
As mentioned in the "Acceptance of Terms" Policy, Trade U That may update its policies at any time without notice. We will notify the Trade U That Member Users about significant changes via a prominent notice or an email via your account message system or email address.
